Executive Program

Leading in the New Technology Enabled Environment

The Executive Program, held on Monday, April 13 and Tuesday April 14, 2015, is a private gathering of select health system CEOs, technology innovators and other key C-level executive stakeholders with the goal of addressing key challenges in care delivery and accelerating transformation through the adoption of new technology solutions.

This exclusive program will be limited to just 150 C-level participants. Attendees will have the opportunity to network and collaborate with their peers in a forum not found anywhere else. Along with private lunch and dinner engagements, these leaders will explore how to lead in a tech-enabled environment.  They will also discuss how capital is being deployed for technology, how technology innovation is being handled optimally inside and outside of delivery systems, and discuss some of the current Contemporary Provider Challenges. In addition to these topics, the executives will get a first look at the HX360 Index™ - a revolutionary new rating system designed to help health systems calibrate their preparedness for tackling current challenges in care delivery using new technologies.

Themes will include:

  • Leading in the new technology-enabled environment
  • Building, buying or borrowing technology
  • Deploying operating and investment capital for new technology solutions
  • Creating structures and processes that will enable success
