Bob has spent his career in service organizations as a leader who recognizes the value of people, culture and enabling technology to improve business performance and client relationships. He has worked with small physician practices and independent physician associations to leverage their network and culture of care with the electronic health records (EHR). He is currently working to improve the accessibility and continuity of the healthcare experience in the Greater Chicago Region. Specific projects include: faith-based research in the healthcare experience, patient accessibility in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and diversity and inclusion within clinical trials.
