The HX360 Innovation Leaders Program (ILP) recognizes health technology as a bridge between important health stakeholders, an enabler in the shift to value-based care, and a catalyst for transforming the focus of healthcare to prevention and wellness. The ILP examines ways that tech innovation can drive health outcomes, improve efficiencies and/or reduce costs by creating opportunities for population health, engagement and data sharing across the home, healthcare and workplace settings. The program will feature leading-edge organizations from across the health ecosystem including providers, payers, employers, entrepreneurs, investors, disease management and life sciences companies.
